Go to appraiser's office in city where property is located and get county appraised copy of property. On the copy, it will list the owner and their phone number. If the house has been vacant for awhile, there's a good chance the owner may be deceased or hard to contact. I had a lady who owned a house I wanted to buy in my city and she lived in California, over 1500 miles away. So, be ready to do your homework.
