    Landlord rights-tenant will not sign lease
    I live in Tennessee,and my renter will not sign a lease.What rights do I have?

    1. don't let them move in, if they will not sign lease you don't accept their rental money till it is signed.

    If they will not sign, and they are in the home, they are on a month to month rental, you give them a 30 day notice to move.
