    How do I file a quiet title for no note on countrywide with a jr lean holder in place
    Jr lean holder foreclosed on me right after I cleared my bk chap 7 dec- 08, 200k hard money loan, countrywide never foreclosed on me yet, the second never paid off the first yet , not one payment made to date , countrywide doesn't have the oringnal note! That's why I'm still getting bank statements every month, the jr person has already asked me for 10k sign a paper for her so she can get off the property.please what can I do! Patrick in ca
