    Who can you contsctto have a house condemed or declared unliveable
    The plae on the outside is growed up with weed. The inside has clothing etc thrown all
    Over the floor and you cannot walk through the rooms upstairs and downstairs

    Give us a little more. Are you a tenant?? Do you have a lease?? Have you contacted your landlord about the weed??
