    He has moved in wiith you and your daughter? No, you don''t have to worry about "squatter's rights". If you don't want him there simply evict him.

    No there is no such thing as squatters rights. But there is such a thing as tenant's rights. Anyone who is living in your home can be considered a resident. As such they should be treated as a tenant for purposes of removal.

    Without more details we can't help more. Things like how long he has lived there, does he get mail there or has he created IDs showing the address. And ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. These details can help us help you more.

    I agree with Scott but also not enough info to know. Is it your home that you live in? How old is your daughter? How long as the boyfriend lived there? Where is this at ( we are a international site) so the laws in India are not the same as in the USA and in the USA they differ by state.
