    No and there are lots, lots of reasons to not do it.

    As Hkstroud said, there are lots of reasons not to.

    Well... this is a good and bad idea.

    I think its better to put make a estate plan w/ a lawyer. He can tell you legal loop holes so the kids can have the house w/o having to give the government any money (ie. Inheritance tax) or very little money.

    Depends on what state you live it - to know their rules. :)
