Tenant rights on a foreclosed property
What are the tenants rights on a foreclosed property in Woodbridge Virginia. Do they have to leave the property or are they given a reasonable time to find another home.

Unfortunately they basically have no rights. Once the foreclosure is finalized, their lease is voided. From a practical standpoint they will generally be given a reasonable amount of time to relocate. The new owner, may even pay something to get the keys as soon as possible.
