    Regarding vacation rental
I recently went on line and reserved a vacation rental for X amount. The rental company took my deposit and I received a confirmation. Today (three weeks later) I receive another confirmation only the rental amount is 3 times higher. Is my reservation legally binding?

    Hello T:

There appears to be a mix up. Have you called them? I doubt they're raising the price on you. However, who knows if they're even real? What does the FIRST confirmation say? Does it detail the price and the dates, and the amount deposited?? If that one is satisfactory, then it's BINDING.
