    Quiet title deed in Florida?
    I own a property with 7 sibling but no one will sign the quit claim deed or pay the taxes and there is a nusiance lien on the property so far I have caught the taxes up but have not paid the Lien but I will pay it soon however, Can I do a quiet title instead to have them removed since they are literally destroying the property and I a stuck with all the cost
