Quiet title deed in Florida?
I own a property with 7 sibling but no one will sign the quit claim deed or pay the taxes and there is a nusiance lien on the property so far I have caught the taxes up but have not paid the Lien but I will pay it soon however, Can I do a quiet title instead to have them removed since they are literally destroying the property and I a stuck with all the cost

Here in the state of Florida, the Florida Statutes (197.552-573) clearly states that liens and previous interests (unless exempted) DO NOT SURVIVE the issuance of a tax deed. Municipal and other gov liens (IRS, STD's, etc) do survive. Mortgages, interests, etc. DO NOT. But if a property...
