    Probate vs Quitclaim Deed
My grandfather died intestate, one of my uncles made himself executor of the estate (on his own). The house went through probate with the surviving children as the heirs. When a quitclaim deed was done he added other people (children of deceased brothers), is this legal? Can these names be removed? If so, How?
