    Plumbing
    My home was built in 2003 on a slab. I now have a plumbing leak under the slab and the builders warranty was for only 1 year. What recourse do I have against the builder to pay the costs for all repairs? I live in Myrtle beach, SC

    Here in California with ths CSLB we call it latent defects which means something that remains undiscovered at completion of work and manifest during a period of insurance and u have up to 4yrs to make a claim. Goodluck
