    I own half ownership of 4 condos?
    I was wondering how I would go about collecting on the back rents from the other partner? He has never offered a dime And all the rents are collected through a government subsidy , called section 8 or cdc. Judi jones

    I'm confused. Are you saying that you are a half owner, but that the rents are paid to your partner and he hasn't paid you your share?

    Do you have a partnership agreement? If so what does it say? If not, you will have to sue him for your share, get an attorney.
