    Not paying rent
Have a friend who rented a warehouse to a couple who was going to start a business out of the warehouse. They signed a lease that stated the roof leaked in one area. Two or three months after moving in they stopped paying rent and got a lawer and are now trying to sue the lady that has the warehouse for not being able to run there business because of one small leak in the roof. They have been in the warehouse now almost two years and have not paid rent in the last year and a half. She has a lawer to but they seem to be dragging there feet. Is there anything she could do to get these people out.

She's paying an Attorney. If it's taken 18 months to evict these people there's a reason.

Put pressure on the Attorney if you want this over soon.
