Never received Land Contract payment schedule.
I got into a Land Contract to buy a home a few years ago. Since then I have paid more than twice the amount that was owed and have never received my payment schedule. I have called my Vendors repeatedly and written more than that over these few years, but all I have received was false promises that I would get my payment schedule. I recently told my vendors that I will no longer make payments until I receive my schedule, but somehow, they have the nerve to call me (today) and ask that I make my payments. Any advice on what I can do legal or otherwise?

    Sincerely,
    Paul

Hi Paul, my parents and I are in the same boat. Have you resolved this? What was the outcome?
    Thanks
