One of my clients asked me about the NARS Pactrust and I know nothing about it at all. From the little information I have read, it is an alternative to a lease option or land contract, sounds like creative financing and is associated with someone named Bill J. Gatten. Does anyone have any experience with, pros/cons of a NARS Pactrust?
