    Mobile home lot rental eviction laws for ky
    What are the legal steps to take when mobile home owner has not paid lot rent for 6months and lot owners want home sold to collect past due rent and late fees?

    The first step is to legally evict the mobile home owners for nonpayment of rent. The arrearage would be in that lawsuit. The lot owners cannot force the home to be sold if tenants don't own the home. The lot owners would have to contact whoever owes the home and have it moved off the land. You can't force someone to sell their mobile home for back park lot rent. One has nothing to do with the other.
