Lien against property held in family trust
We have successfully won a small claims judgment and have been not been able to collect. Can we place a lien against real property held in a family trust?

Unless the judgement is againist the trust in its whole, no. If the judgement was againist an individual who happens to own property in a trust the trust shields that real property
