Century21, reading, pa has been holding my 5 thousand dollars since 2006, has cause enormous hardship, loss of car, behind on all utilities, went into a modification, stree and health related issues. Filed twice and a paul ernst who took the money in his c-21 franchise went to the hearing, I was awarded the monies as people being sued on a bar purchase are gone and judge saw I tried to reach all certified mail returned. Mr ernst shook hands and said would issue a check, only to hire a lawyer shocking me and said he will not pay and send back to the government, "what do they have to do with my money". I have waisted 2 thousand filing and attorneys, and now broke really need the money.

    Hello c:

If you have a judgment, you can file for an "execution of judgment", and have the sheriff take the money out of his account.

Or, if he's appealed the decision, you'll have to go to court again.

You can add attorney fees to your suit.

Just curious what was the $5K for and why do they say they are holding it?
