How to put a lien on a life insurance policy
If someone owe's you a lot of money can you put a lien on their life insurance policy and also if Las Vegas is a common law state and you know for a fact that your ex husband bought a home with his girlfriend and put the house under her and her father as a joint tenant and her father lives in another state but did it for the benefit that he wouldn't get caught for fraud. What are the procedures
Or steps do I have to take--put a lien..

No you can not put a lien on their life insurance. It doesn't belong to them. Any pay outs go to the beneficiaries.

Las Vegas (Nevada) is not a common law marriage state.

What is the exact wording on the title minus the names and how do you know this?
