How to make someone move a mobile home off your property
I live in Louisiana and I would like to know if anyone could help me. I sold a mobile home to a guy and allowed him to keep the mobile home on my property with a verbal agreement of paying land rent. He has gotten behind almost 3 months on the land rent so I advised him that he had to move the mobile home but he won't move it, and has the nerve to let someone stay there. What could I do about this situation? Would it be legal for me to move it or have it torn down?
