How do you correct a deed with wrong %'s being shown.
How do I go about changing the language of a deed in CA that originally said:
    Property owned 50% by A & B and 50% by C & D.
    It was changed to read:
    .5% by A & B and .5% to Trust owned by C & D.

The error was instead of .5% it should have read 50%. Same owners but the percentage is wrong.

You can file a Corrective Deed. I suggest that you have this handled by a real estate attorney or title company.
