How to add my spouse to a New York state quitclaim deed
Not really sure on how to word deed in order to just add spouses name to property deed along with my own in order to make it legal and to have no problems later on. As far as property description, do you put down dimensions of property that are on found on land tax payments bills? I ask this because, property size is odd shaped. Do I possibly put down dimensios from tax map?
