Do we leave now or go to court?
Can the new landlord who bought our house in foreclosure put us out the next day if we refuse to pay another security deposit or is there a process before a judge?

No landlord in the US can put you out without first going to court and filing a lawsuit for eviction and going to a hearing. If anyone tries to put you out without a court order, call the police.
