Disrespectful neighbors don't follow management rules.
I'm staying in one of these mixed income developments and is truly turning into a night mare. The problem is we have one parking spot per unit and your company does not suppose to park in parking area and there is not suppose to be any loitering or kids playing there either. We were finally given assigned parking spaces. There is one neighbor that doesn't abide by the rules. There company parks in parking spaces, instead of the streets. There kids play all in the parking areas like it's their own personal playground. These so call adults hang out drinking, smoking pot and play loud music in the back of where I stay, instead of where they stay or is visiting. When I come out in the morning my car has been sat on, have thousands of kids/adults finger prints, trash on it, etc. I have complain the management numerous times. They are the type of family that need to be left in the field by themselves.

Do you have a specific question, or are you just venting?

An alarm that goes off if someone sits on the car ?

Anyway to video who is sitting on the car and sue them if there is damage to the car.

But welcome to "mixed" housing, which means you are paying high rent, to live in low rent housing now.

If they're smoking pot and playing loud music why not just call the police?
