    CAN'T evict my tenant!
    I Went Through All The Proper Channels To Evict My Tenant! And Now Today When The Marshall Arrived They Said She Can't Be Evicted Because She Is Over Sixty! So What Do I Do Next!

    Where do you live?

    I have never heard that the age of the tenant can prevent an eviction?
