    Can you use this to remove your name from a title?
    My daughter ID was stolen an used to buy a property. Can we use quite title to remover her from the property?

    If your daughters id was stolen, that is a very serious offence, lost. It has a lot more to do then removing her name from the property. You have to report this.

    1 has a police report been done on the stolen Id
    2. And the purchase is not the real issue, it is the loan they used, is the loan in the name also
