    Can a executor refuse to read a will ?
    Can a executor refuse to read will cause they don't want you to have what it says ?

    We are nissing something here since the will states who the executor is, so it has been read. Will must be filed with the Probate Courts, ask them for a copy. What standing do you have in this situation, are you a relative of the decedent?
