Bug bomb fumes in my apartment
My land lord set off flea bombs in the apartment below us and all the fumes and gases from them started to come upstairs into my apartment and they are very toxic to humans and to my pets, They did not give me any notice that they were going to do so and I wanted to know if I have any grounds to break my lease. Plus after they bombed the fleas come into my apartment and now I have them really bad and when I called them to tell them that I was going to bomb my apartment they said I could not do that on the day I wanted because if I did the man that was putting in the carpet would leave and not finish laying the carpet so they said I was not a loud to bomb and now me and my boyfriend and my pets are being eaten a live bye the fleas please help if you know how.

    Who cares what they said?

Go ahead with the flea bombs.

If they don't like it, they will what, kick you out? Let them, as you don't even want to be there anymore!

They must give you 30 days notice before they evict you.

I agree. The landlord should have used bait instead of a bomb. If it were me I'd bomb the apartment and not even tell the landlord.

This is not true in most US States. For evictions, the notice period is MUCH shorter (Just 3-days in Ohio, for example)... and you also risk severe credit damage with an eviction.

Flea collars for everyone. Put your pets on "the pill" and fleas won't be an issue.

Diesel fumes [ 3 Answers ]

We installed a new furnace in our modular home a year ago. Since it was installed we have a problem with fumes when the furnace is running. The manufacture told me to duct air from under the house to the combustion. The fumes occur just before the blower shuts off. It is a forced air unit.
