We don't do your homework for you... so what you do... its look up statistics about known food products that are high in bad fats... write about them... and contrast them with good foods that are very low in fat or have gopod fat... or are non fat.

GOOGLE is your friend... Or BING or YAHOO.

So basically you're asking us to do your research for you, and you expect us to do that for free? I'm sorry, but we all volunteer here, we don't have time to spend hours doing your homework. I won't even do that for my own kids.

Time to do the work. That's what school is all about.
