    Nnn? Full post would be nice, a story, a reason perhaps.

    Why can't you get him out of your head? Do you want to? Do you see him regularly? Do you still do things that the two of you did together? Do you have mutual friends?

    The trick is not to get them out of our mind, but to be OK with knowing that they are gone, or leaving. Letting go seems impossible. It's not something you can do, it's something you are already doing. You just have to realise it. With every thing in life, nothing can stay, or remain, because at some point all things pass. All we can do is accept it, and let it go, and focuse on our being, and what that means. Try that, and if you have more info on the subject I'll beable to tell you more.
