    Problems with offline
    s450 canon printer light is flashing green than amber printer says its off line

    1. the toner cart are all new and seated properly

    2. paper in the holder

    3. doors closed

    4. installed properly

    What is my problem

    Perhaps that you did not read the manual? :D

    Did you run the diagnostics supplied with the printer?
    If not : do so. It will provide you the info you asked for.

    Make sure you have proper drivers installed. They can be found at Canon Global also make sure you don't have any paper stuck or paper jams just to be safe.
