Before you try printing, go to the Control Panel > Printers & Faxes and verify that the printer is there. If it is not, then use the add printer wizard and add the printer to the list.

Here are a couple of techniques you can try:

    Technique 1:
Highlight the text or images you want.
Click File, then Click Print. When the printer dialogue box comes up choose the button that says “Selection”. Then click OK.

    Technique 2:
Highlight the text and images you want to print and then cut and paste them into a Word document. By doing this you are also able manipulate the items within the document to create whatever layout you want. Plus you can add to or delete items to your liking.

    Technique 3:
You can also save a web page to print later, make sure you save as “Web Page, complete” (not Plain text or HTML). In most cases, this will ensure that all the images remains intact.
If you don't need to print the images on a web page and you'd like to save ink and toner, save the page as Plain text.

Another way to print text only is to go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Then uncheck “Print background colors and images.”

If printing in color isn't a concern, switch to grayscale printing. Go to File > Print and click Preferences. Then choose the Color tab and check “Print in grayscale.”

Use the Print Preview feature (in the File menu) to see what your printout will look like before you click Print.

To prevent unnecessary pages from printing, indicate a range of pages (for example, 1 to 2) in your print dialog box.

    Hope this helps you out!
