    How can I get my printer to work?
    Hello,

    I have a Canon BJC-2100 and each time you try to print something, the paper comes out blank, unfortunately I do not have a manual for it. I even got new cartridges for it, but still no joy. I desperately need to get some work printed, please help me.

    Make sure that you pull off the plastic protective covering on the new ink cartridge. If so go into properties and select head cleaning. You may have to do this several times before it works. If that doesn't work remove the ink cartridge and use a cotton ball dipped in alcohol and manually clean out the bottom of the space where the ink cartridge goes, then repeat the head cleaning process.
