You will be able to find the updated drivers for that printer here:

    Drivers and Downloads

Just download and install the drivers, and you should be ready to go. Good Luck.

First my condolences on purchasing a Lexmark. Can you explain exactly what you have been doing to install it? That printer supports Vista, so the disk you have should work.

Scott - Is there some reason why you feel it is necessary to disparage Lexmark products or do just have a warm fuzzy for someone else's products?

RDK30 - M/S has released a patch. It appears that Vista is not kicking off a registry service which in turn is causing frame errors on IE. So if you are connected to Vista via a network port, you should visit M/S and see if your error matches theirs.

If you are not connected via network, then send me your exact printer model and method of connection (serial - parallel - USB) and I'll see if I can dig up more info for you.

    Don
