    What do it mean if you spot three time in one month but your cycle don't come on
    OK a week before my cycle I started to spot.then on january15 my cycle didn't come on.then on the 20 of January my cycle spotted again and on the 24 do that mean I'm pregnant or stree out

    It could mean many things. It could be stress, it could be diet or weight change, or it could be nothing but a change in your periods. Most women do have off periods every once in a while.

    Agree, it could just be a missed period this month, happens often for many women. It can be a medical problem that you are not aware of, Stress is a major factor often.
    And of course pregnancy is an option if you are having sex.

    Wait till you are two weeks late and do a pregnancy test with first urine of the morning
