What can't I do with low lying placenta?
    Hi there,
I am 23 weeks pregnant with my second child. Yesterday the OB told me my 20 week scan came back showing a low lying placenta, 2 cm from cervix. Otherwise have a healthy pregnancy, no other problems. I am a sporty active person.. my question is do I now have any limiitations to physical activity, or don'ts. My OB did not tell me anything not to do or how to be careful but some sites online say otherwise. Many thanks,

The best thing for you would be to ring your OB and ask those questions. Each case is individual and those of us who do not know you put you and your baby at risk by guessing the answer to your question.

Agree, ask your OB. But try not to obsess. Most low lying placentas will naturally move up during the pregnancy.
