First consider why you want to have a child so early in a marriage. Couples need to spend more time getting into a relationship.

But you go to the doctor and both get checked to see if there is any issue.
Then you start tracking your period and also your ovulation. ( not using online charts) but by using actual medical tests using body temp and other methods.

Once you have a good chart and can estimate ovulation dates, you plan the sex for right before ovulation.

It can often take couples years to conceive. If you have been trying for more than 6 months without success, then its time to talk to your doctors. They can discuss how to determine more fertile periods. Test both partners to make sure there is no fertility issues. Recommend books that can help with positions etc.

If there are no fertility issues, then you need to relax. Trying too hard can be stressful and take a toll on the process.
