    Trying to conceive after miscarriage
    Hey everyone

I suffered a miscarriage at 11 weeks in January. I just got my first normal period after almost 8 weeks. I am now waiting for another normal period or two and then I want to trying to conceive again. I am taking 400 mc/g of follic acid, but what other things should I be doing to get my body ready again? I don't mean in the whole trying process as I know about that, but I mean as in what vitamins should I take, can I take a prenatal vitamin as well as the follic acid? Should I diet, should I take in less caffeine, those types of things. I just want to try and have as healthy of a pregnancy next time being that my first ended in miscarriage. Thanks for any advice.

A lot of the time there is nothing that the mother did wrong to cause the miscarriage. Best of luck to you in your future! And sorry to hear.
