I wonder if it's possible you are having early menopause symptoms. It would be a terrific idea to run this all past your doctor or gynecologist, just to make sure something isn't lurking in your reproductive system.

If your tubes are tied the chances of you being pregnant are pretty low but it is not impossible.
Here are the stats: After 'cutting' of the fallopian tubes -"5 out of 1,000 women after 1 year. After a total of 5 years following tubal ligation, about 13 out of 1,000 women will have become pregnant" After sterilization implants "Studies so far show that over 2 years, fewer than 1 out of 100 women got pregnant with implants."

Is it possible that you're going through menopause?
Have you recently gained or lost any weight?
    Are you taking any medications?

Sometimes women miss periods every now and then due to stress or other random things that affect the hormones. If you have any pain, fever, have any symptoms or are really worried see your doctor. Otherwise, I'd advise waiting to see if you miss your next period as well before seeing the doctor. In the main time you might try a in home pregnancy test.

    Best of luck!
