Let me start by saying I know a lot of you are going to be dissapointed over this but my moms away and most of you are the next best.

I had unprotected sex may 14th, a couple days later I had some bleeding... It was about 3 days after. I thought it was my period but it only lasted 2 days and was light. I should have gotten my period the 15th this month (as well as last month but it came on the 17-18 or so), I am now 2 days late... I took a home pregnancy test and I swear there was a faint positive, but then I thought it was my mind playing tricks... it's super faint, like almost not there faint... I just don't know what to do! It's only been 4 weeks so I don't know how dark the positive would be... Any help?

It was my mom who suggested I was pregnant as I have to have a nap in the afternoon (don't ever nap), I get nauseas at night, and I drink milk non stop (I usually only drink milk in coffee and otherwise can't stand the taste... )... So I took the test tonight because she suggested it this morning, and now she is out of town with no reception on her cell... I really just need someone to suggest something... Anything!

Why don't you take it again using first morning urine. The results are more accurate that way. Also, remember to read the test during the time permitted on the directions.

Hi emily, I too took my pregnancy when I had barely missed a period, which is quite early and the test was extremely faint, in fact I was the only one that could see it the line, I bought another one a few hours later and strangely, a perfect solid line showed up, I used two different brands, the first was clear blue and the second was first response. I'm not sure if the brand made a difference, but like you, I was eager to know. So maybe this will help.
