    Light period cramps with no blood.
    I'm about 3 days late for my period. This is the first time something like this has happened to me so, I'm not sure what to do. I haven't had sex at all this month or since my husband left for deployment (6 months ago). I've had my period on time the past 5 months. I also haven't had any new stress or change in my routine. Anyone else having this problem or have had this problem before?

    Its fine, it might just be change in your diet, or stress that you might not feel. It happens every now and then. As long as you know your not sexually active you should be fine. It could also be emotional stress or depression. You mentioned your husband is on deployment leave that can trigger changes in your body.
