    I immediately started having my period after getting off depo can I get pregnant?

    Certainly... for some women cycles will return and pregnancy will happen fairly soon after ending the birth control. Other women will find it takes quite a long time to even regain regular cycles. How having been on depo effects someone's cycles is going to be very individual.
