    How to conceive easily
    Hi!

    Now I'm trying to get pregnant since 3 mnths but till now didn't get pregnant.I just want to know the changes which I need to bring in my life routine to conceive easily

    Being as healthy as possible including eating and other activities is a good start. Lots of water and healthy exercise... Kind of hard to know what changes to suggest without knowing your normal routine...

    I agree with the post above, but I also want to add, don't stress over it. Stress can make it harder to conceive.
