I went to a free clinic and they said I probably got an incorrect reading because I'm a couple days away from supposed to be having my period. I'm showing some symptoms already please help. I was also ovulating that day

The results will be most accurate after you miss your period.

The symptoms for early pregnancy can mimic the symptoms of pre-menstruation, so it's possible that you may just be gearing up for your period.

Its hard to understand your question as there is not much information involved. The best time to take a test would be a couple of days after your missed period using first morning urine, even though this could still come back with a false negative as it just depends on the hgc levels in your body. It does however sound as though your soon to be getting your period as some women experience pregnancy like symptoms when there period is due, this could be the case and because your worrying you are mistaking it for pregnancy.
