Me and my boyfriend had sex on aug.30th and he was fully inside of me and he came. The first day of my last period was on aug.4 and I THINK that I am most fertile from aug.14 to aug.17 is there any chance that I couldve still gotten pregnant? (we are trying to have a baby)

The best time to test is when your next period is late. When you do test, use first morning urine and follow the directions carefully.

Is there anyway that I would beable to find out sooner than that like from a blood test ? And also I usually have my period if not at the end of the month then at the beginning so last month I had it on the 4th so if I don't have it at the beginning of this month then what just wait a week or so? And all together we had sex on the aug. 30th so if I were to get a blood test done on sept.13th would it come out positive or could I get a false negative?

Since your last period was on the 4th of Aug. you believe you were most fertile around the 14th-17th of Aug. and you suspect your next period to be any day now, sex on the 30th of Aug. is unlikely to result in a pregnancy.

In order to have a chance to become pregnant, you need to have had sex within several days prior to ovulation, through ovulation, and the day after ovulation. This is the time you are most fertile as the cervical mucous changes to support the sperm. Once an egg is released it is viable for about 24 hours. Sex after this time will not result in a pregnancy as there is no egg to fertilize and the sperm will die off fairly quickly.

Now, there is a slight possibility of pregnancy because no time is 100% safe as you may ovulate outside of the norm or may have done so this particular cycle.

As LearningAsIGo said, see what happens with your period for Sept. If no period, give it about a week just to see if it shows up late, and try a test.

The thing is is that I am not on any birth control so I don't really have a specific time that I have my period so I really don't know my ovulation time I just really took a guess... but if it is the 14 to 17 then that is when I am MOST fertile but can't I still be fertile on the 30th.. isnt there still an egg there somewhere? Lol.. im sorry to ask such a dumb question I just want to know these things... and I mean he was all the way inside of me and not one little drop dripped out because I didn't get up or anything... so wouldn't that mean anything if that much sperm went inside of me when he was that far in? And also I heard that 2 weeks or a week after you have sex that I can get a blood test done and I could see if I am pregnant instead of waiting for my missed period?

You might happen to release an egg at that time, but most often not. The general rule of thumb is that you will ovulate about 12-16 days before the next period is due regardless of how long your cycle is. Some women will ovulate a bit sooner, some a bit later on a regular basis being the norm for them. It can happen by chance that someone has an off cycle and they release an egg far outside the norm... so yes, pregnancy is possible at any time. Some times are just more likely or less likely throughout a cycle. Keep in mind as well that the egg won't wait around... it is only able to be fertilized for about 24 hours once released. Sperm can only survive for several days, most only a few, around the time of ovulation, otherwise they don't survive long.

As far as blood tests... yes, you can sometimes get an accurate result about 8-10 days after ovulation. You can sometimes get this with some urine tests as well. Most often, however, there needs to be higher levels of the pregnancy hormone, hcg, in your system before it is picked up. This is why it is usually suggested to wait until you have actually missed a period or are at least within a few days of when it is suspected to start. It all depends on the sensitivity of the test being used. You could ask your doctor about having a blood test that early, but they will likely start with a urine test in their office anyway.
