No form of birth control is 100% effective, and that includes any morning after pill, which I'm assuming is what you "popped" her.
The morning after pill "I-pill" can cause bleeding between periods, an off period, bleeding for longer than normal. That should have been explained in the pamphlet that's supposed to come with the pill.
Bottom line, the bleeding doesn't necessarily mean that she avoided pregnancy.
Wait until 2 weeks after her period was due, then she should test using first morning urine. If that test is negative she should wait and see what happens with her next period. If it's missed, test again or get a blood test done.
