I have never had sexual intercourse but my partner and I have indulged in oral sex and he has used his fingers inside to pleasure me. We did this 1 week post ovulation, and before that his penis had been rubbing up against my bum. We made every effort to clean up any semen so that none went inside. My period followed the next week, 3 days early and though it was light (as it usually is) it lasted 6 days (instead of 4). I have again gotten my period, right on time, with accompanied back ache and cramping on the first day, but the second day was VERY light and today (third day) I have only had spotting so far.

I'm concerned about being pregnant even though I know it's highly unlikely for each of the three things to happen - i.e. get pregnant a week post ovulation, get pregnant through fingering and have 2 periods and still be pregnant. The only other symptoms I can associate with pregnancy that I've been feeling are that my stomach has started making a lot of grumbling noises and I've been feeling bloated but mostly just before and during my period. I felt really faint and dizzy on the first day of my period and my blood pressure and sugar had both fallen noticeably - but I assume that's from the bleeding.

Both periods have been accompanied with the usual symptoms such as headaches, moodswings, cramping etc. The other thing that got me worried is for the past 5 months, every mid-cycle I've had ovulation pain but that did not happen before this period...

Would love the opinion of a gynaecologist! I live in a country where I cannot access a pregnancy test as premarital sexual relations of any sort can get me in massive trouble.

If he had semen on his fingers, and inserted them into your vagina, you can get pregnant.

Unfortunately, without taking a pregnancy test, it will be very difficult to come to a proper conclusion. You'll have to wait this one out because there's no way you can be diagnosed online.
