    Could I be pregnant or could it be something else?
    I have been on birthcontrol for over a year and I am sexually active with my fiancé, I sometimes miss pills not thinking, but I am over a week late. I have never been this late was sapose to get my period on last Monday May 24th , took a test on Thursday came up negative and took one about 20 min ago still negative... don't know what to do? If I should just continure taking my birthcontrol, but I don't want to hurt anything if I may be pregnant

    Usually not a problem to continue with the birth control just in case you aren't pregnant. Give it several more days and try another test. Period may be off or you may be skipping this month. It sometimes happens. If no period shows, and test result is negative, see what happens next month when you are due for the next period.

    Since you did miss some pills, obviously that increases the possibility of pregnancy, so to be on the safe side you could stop the pill and use condoms until you know for sure one way or the other.
