    please check my semen analysis report and let me know its OK or not
    I can done my report on 28 jun 2012 kindly let me know if it is OK or not if not what I can do kindly advise me.

    physical examination

    volume = 4 ml
    color = pale milky
    viscosity = normal
    liquefication time = with in 30 min
    ph = alkaline

    microscopic evaluation

    sperm count = 48 milions / ml
    motility (within) = 1 hr
    actively motile % = 40
    sluggishly motile % = 10
    non-motile % = 50

    abnormal forms % = 20
    cells from s.tubules = spermatocytes : 6-8 / hpf
    pus cells = 2-4 / hpf

    Didn't you ask the doctor that ran this report for you, surely they would be the best qualified to answer you questions..
