    Artificial Insemination
    I am 27 years old and have been trying to conceive for 16 months. My husbands sperm count is 20 million. We are going to do artificial insemination this week. I have three large follicles 24mm, 22mm and 19mm. Just waiting for the positive line to have it done.Has anyone every fallen pregnant on the first go?

    Not personally.

    But my best friend and her husband did. They got pregnant the first time :)
